Thank you very much for processing our results and admissions recently. I understand that it must be a really busy period for you, but I hope you wouldn’t mind me contacting you for a difficult situation I am in now, and I am seeking for your help.
Today I received my Alevel results (A* in Maths / Physics /Further Math, but B in Chemistry) where my chemistry result is so far away from what my school and I was be expecting, and this would strongly affect my admission to Cambridge.
According to my AS Chemistry results (92/100) and academic ranking as No.1 in our cohort, my school and I were both expecting an A* for me in chemistry. My predicted grade given by chemistry head teacher is also A*. So the final results of B in chemistry is very out of blue.
I have met the Math/Physics/Further Maths conditions as well as the given language requirements. Meanwhile, my school is contacting the CAIE exam board as well to dispute for my results.I have worked really hard for the past two years to achieve my dream to study in Cambridge. I really hope that I could get a fair evaluation for my performance.
I would really appreciate it if we could arrange a call to discuss the situation, or if you could suggest anything that I or my school could do to save the situation. I am really sorry to bring this to you, but really hope you could help me with this difficult situation.

To whom it may concern:
Today's CAIE A level result shows I didn't meet the requirements for my conditional offer of Imperial College. I am writing to argue for the possibility of reviewing my entry condition as the mark doesn't match with my true ability.
My conditional offer needs "GCE A Levels Grades A* in Further Mathematics and Grade A in one other subject".
I got grade A* and A in Physics (9702) and Chemistry (9701) which means I have passed the second condition. But I got grade B only in Further mathematics (9231). I think my result of Further mathematics is seriously underestimated this time.
Here is some evidence of my strong academic ability in mathematics:

Grade A* in A level Mathematics

同学们应该也能观察到
每个模版会对应不同同学的情况
但总体来说需要达到以下几点要求：
- 切记包含好自己的个人信息，如名字，证件号码，UCAS ID等
- 如果有extenuating circumstances（如受到疫情影响、生病等）可以在申诉信中写明
- 注意提供evidence，表达最终成绩和自己的平时表现不符，无法体现自己的水平
- 语气一定要礼貌谦虚，切忌夸大其词eg.appreciate, thanks, if possible, it would be really helpful if you could这类词汇可以多用，不能rude
- 真情实感，诉说自己对这个programme的热爱，自己的Alevel结果和平时成绩真的不符
最后再次强调：一定不能照搬！！！重复的申诉信会让招生官反感！
