在金秋九月的清晨，全校师生齐聚在鲜艳的五星红旗下，迎来了又一个庄严的升旗仪式。在阿德科特，教育不仅仅是传授知识，更是点燃梦想、塑造人格的力量。我们要向辛勤耕耘在讲台上、实验室里、艺术教室中的每一位老师致以最崇高的敬意和最真挚的感谢。

亲爱的老师、同学们：

早上好！

我们在这个特别的早晨齐聚一堂，向塑造我们未来的工程师——我们的老师们致敬。今天，我们为您庆祝。

在阿德科特，我们拥有一支出色的教育团队。我们的任课老师是各个领域的专家，为我们打开全球知识的大门。你们让A-Level的公式变得生动，阐释世界历史的复杂性，在每一个艺术工作室和科学实验室里激发我们的创造力。你们点燃我们的学术热情，赋予我们在竞争世界中茁壮成长的技能。感谢你们的专业知识和奉献。

但在每一门学科的边界之外，还有一群特殊的教育者，他们将所有这些脉络编织在一起，构成了我们日常校园生活的锦绣画卷——他们就是我们的班主任。

你们是我们的锚点。清晨我们见到的第一张面孔是您，我们日常的喜悦与烦恼也首先向您倾诉。您为我们物理考试取得佳绩而高兴，也会细心察觉到我们情绪的低落。在您眼中，我们不仅仅是学习某门科目的学生，更是一个个完整的个体。您构建了我们的班级社区，培育我们的价值观，塑造我们的品格。您是我们阿德科特学习经历的核心。

Oursubjectteachersarethespecialistswhoopenthedoorstoglobalknowledge. You bring A-Level equations to life, unravel the complexities of world history,andinspire creativity in every art studio and science lab.Youfuel our academic passions and equip uswith the skillsto thrive in a competitive world.Thankyou for your expertise anddedication.

But beyond the boundaries of each subject, there is a specialgroup of educators whoweave all these threads together to form the tapestry of our daily school life-our FormTutors and Class Teachers.

You are our anchors.

Youarethefirst facewe see in the morning and the person we turn to with our dailytriumphsandtroubles.

Youcelebrateouracademic achievements in Physics, but you also notice when we seem a little quiet. You guide usinsettinggoals, mediate whenwehavedisagreements,and tirelessly communicate with our families. You see us not just as students of a subject, but as whole individuals. You build our class community, foster our values, and nurture our character. You are the heartof our Adcote experience.

Wewouldalsoliketoextendourgratitudetoouracademicadvisorsand dorm supervisors, who have provided us with guidance and care in our studies and daily lives. We are equally thankful to the support staff, for it is you who have created an excellent learningenvironment for us.
