这题是描述类，重点不在“去过哪些很特别的地方”，而在于你平时生活中的常规路线。
可以从两个部分答：
- 去的地方：学校、图书馆、超市、健身房、咖啡馆、医院、朋友家等。
- 怎么去：walk, take the bus, ride a bike, drive, take the subway.
答题方向可以选：
- 学习/工作相关：学校、图书馆、培训班

Write an email to thecustomer service representative, Ms.Brown.
In your email, do the following：
- Describe the item you purchased and the damage it sustained.
- Explain why you are disappointed with the situation.
- Request a replacement or a refund for the damaged item.
解题思路（Detailed）
这是一封典型的投诉信。写作时应采用清晰的结构：
- 首先在开头说明写信目的，即投诉收到的家具在运输过程中受损；
- 其次在主体段具体描述所购买的物品及损坏情况，如裂缝、刮痕等；
- 接着解释失望原因，例如影响学习或无法使用；
- 最后明确提出诉求，如要求更换或退款，并礼貌表达期待回复。
整体语气应正式、客观且有礼貌。
