02、话题分析
“小组合作”这是一道经历类的新题，相信大家在学习工作中是不少见的。比如一起合作展示课题、团队比赛、完成整个部门的工作汇报、组织一场活动等等。
我们来看看这道题目可以如何串题：
✅ 和谁一起合作
因为一次“小组合作”，所以TA成为了我“想要一起学习/工作的人”、在小时候的一次“小组合作”认识的“发小朋友”
✅ 英语课展示小组合作
英语老师要求做presentation，和同学一起“小组合作”，虽然当中产生了“一次争论”但是我们最后协调了矛盾，展示效果很好，“受到了表扬”，这是一节“令人印象深刻的英语课”
第一小问“What it was”是什么活动
活动的选择可以从上文提到的一些类别去选择，这个小问可以先说一下活动的契机或者缘由，从三个角度展开（人物）是谁要求做活动或者是我们自发组织，（目的）帮助别人/学习课题/总结开展工作/联结情谊等，（主体）Presentation展示/义卖活动/运动会等
第二小问“Who you did it with”你和谁一起合作
这里衔接上一问，聊一下你的合作伙伴，先聊一下他的身份，是同学还是同事；再说一下你们的关系，是非常熟悉彼此还是陌生的人；有必要的话可以描述一下队友们的个性，比如是非常认真踏实，非常靠谱的，还是充满创造力的等；最后可以说一下当时的期待，是觉得有困难，还是充满信心和期待。
第三小问“what did you do”你们做了什么
第三小问详细展开合作的过程，可以从前期准备、中期活动、到最后结果来描述。前期准备包括了，物资准备、活动宣传/通知、信息收集等，中期包括了人员如何安排、是否出现了分歧或者遇到困难，最后结果可以是聊现场效果、别人评价。
第四小问“How you feel about it” 你对此有何感受
聊这件事情的感受，有很多方面可以展开，一种是对于事件本身，是公益性质或者是服务性质的，能给他人带来帮助觉得很快乐，或者是完美地完成了任务，很有成就感。第二种去聊对于伙伴的感受，比如在合作中认识/增进了伙伴之间的友谊，觉得非常珍贵；或是感激队友对于自己的包容、帮助的指导。最后一种可以去聊聊对于“团队合作”的看法，确实使大家可以各展所长并且弥补个人不足，是一个结果更好的方法。

One thing I did with a group of people was a charity event to raise money for a local homeless shelter. We organized a bake sale, raffle, and a silent auction, all in one day, to raise money for the shelter. The group consisted of about 10 people, including myself, who were all classmates in a college course on community service.
It took us about a month to plan and organize the event. We had to come up with ideas, set a date, create flyers and posters, and contact local businesses for donations. On the day of the event, we set up tables and chairs outside of the college, and sold a variety of baked goods and raffle tickets. We also had a silent auction with items donated by local businesses. We managed to raise a significant amount of money for the homeless shelter and it helped the homeless to have a better life.
We did this event together because we wanted to make a tangible impact on our community and help those in need. We believe that everyone should have access to basic necessities such as food and shelter, and we wanted to do our part to help make that happen. We wanted to work collaboratively, pooling our talents and resources to make the event a success.
Moreover, it was an opportunity for us to not just learn about these issues but also to actively engage in something that could make a real difference. It was a great experience for all of us, both in terms of the outcome and the camaraderie and teamwork that came from working together. We all felt a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction from having contributed to something bigger than ourselves.
