4th AnnualTOC Digital Speech and Debate Series 2（TOC-2）2月20日至22日举行，正在报名。TOC-2由肯塔基大学举办（简称UK），是一项顶尖的辩论与演讲赛事，每年都吸引着大量的辩论与演讲优胜者参加。

斯坦福大学邀请赛：2月7-9日

宾夕法尼亚大学精英赛：2月8-9日
TOC#2锦标赛：2月20-22日
