宾夕法尼亚大学世界学校辩论锦标赛（Penn World Schools Debating Championships 2024）现已开始报名。

参赛资格：

Younger than 20 years old by the last day of the competition；Must not be enrolled in a tertiary or postsecondary institution whose first semesterstarts before or on the last day of the competition.
