Provide e-mail addresses for two adults, not related to you, who are willing to complete an online letter of reference prior to the application deadline. If you are an international student, upload proof of English proficiency. Please note that residency in certain countries fulfills this requirement. More details are available on the University of Iowa's Admissions website.

1）Briefly describe each of your research areas of interest. This is used to help determine which faculty mentors will be sent your application materials. If you have particular interests, technical skills, or experience with a research method this is the appropriate place to highlight those talents. (750 words max)

1. Applications Open 申请开放
学生支付申请费并开始提交申请。
2. Applications Close 申请截止
所有材料（包括老师提交的推荐信）必须在截止日期前完成。
3. Notification 结果通知
学生将收到录取结果：录取、候补或未录取。
4. Commit to Program 确认参加
录取学生需在一周内缴纳押金以确认名额。
5. Student Enrollment 学籍注册
学生将获得 3 个大学学分。
6. Final Preparations 最终准备
学生支付剩余费用并安排前往爱荷华大学的行程。
7. Orientation 抵校报到 & 入学培训
为期两天的迎新活动，正式开始项目。
8. Research Experience 科研体验
学生加入研究组，按照既定目标和导师要求完成科研项目。

与研究团队合作开展实验、分析或文献研究。

1:00–4:00 科研时间（下午）
4:00–5:00 自由时间
可休息、社交、准备晚间课程等。
5:00–6:00 晚餐
6:00–7:30 晚间课程（根据日期不同）

周二：科研沟通
周三：SSTP 研讨课
周四：瑜伽与正念
8:00–10:30 宿舍自由活动
学习、社交、休息等。
最后一周非常关键，集中展示科研成果：

完成研究成果的总结并提交正式学术海报。
Research Fair 科研展览会
学生在科研展向导师、评委与其他学生展示研究成果。
Heading Home 返回家中
After the Program 项目结束后的延伸机会
