向往的生活｜上海UEC国际学校农场研学沉浸式体验有机农耕

本学年春季学期的最后一周，上海UEC的同学们奔赴生机盎然的有机农产品基地，开启了一场融合知识、汗水与欢笑的研学之旅。

In the final week of the Spring semester, students from Shanghai UEC traveled to a vibrant organic farm, embarking on a study tour that seamlessly blended knowledge, sweat, and laughter.

探索有机的秘密

在基地导师的引导下，同学们首先品尝了有机小番茄，聆听关于有机种植拒绝化学农药化肥、守护土地健康的核心要义。书本上的“可持续发展”概念，在叶片脉络与泥土芬芳间，变得真实可感。

Guided by the farm instructors, the students first sampled organic cherry tomatoes while learning the core principles of organic farming: rejecting chemical pesticides and fertilizers to protect the health of the land. The textbook concept of "sustainable development" became tangible and real amidst the veins of leaves and the scent of the earth.

汗水浇灌的丰收

知识落地，便是热火朝天的实践，同学们在老师的组织下分组进行协作：

Knowledge then turned into action as the students, organized by their teachers, divided into groups for hands-on tasks:

采摘分队的同学小心翼翼穿行于藤蔓间，指尖轻旋，将自然馈赠的黄瓜，和绿色有机蔬菜纳入篮中。

The Harvesting Team carefully navigated through the vines. With gentle twists of their fingers, they gathered nature's bounty – cucumbers and fresh organic greens – into their baskets.

厨房小能手们则围着水槽，仔细清洗新鲜食材，刀起刀落之间，奏响厨房的序曲。

The Kitchen Crew gathered around the sink, meticulously washing the fresh produce. The rhythmic sound of chopping knives marked the overture to their culinary performance.

勇气担当的同学们深入“战场”，追逐扑腾的鸡群，尖叫与欢笑齐飞，活力四射。

The Courageous Chicken Catchers ventured deep into the "battlefield," chasing flapping hens. Shrieks and laughter filled the air, radiating pure energy.

静心垂钓者屏息凝神于水塘边，钓竿轻颤的刹那，抬杆而起，小龙虾轻轻松松收获桶中。

The Patient Anglers concentrated silently by the pond. At the faintest tremor of the fishing rod, they lifted it smoothly, easily adding crayfish to their bucket.

共享劳动的甘甜

劳动的果实最终化作舌尖的至味。当亲手采摘、清洗、烹制的菜肴热气腾腾上桌，每一口都是汗水浇灌出的甘甜，协作凝聚的滋味格外醇厚。

The fruits of their labor finally transformed into a feast for the palate. When the dishes they had personally picked, washed, and cooked steamed hot on the table, every bite tasted sweetened by their sweat, the flavor of teamwork making it especially rich.

围坐分享间，碗筷轻碰，笑语盈盈，所有疲惫都融化在“自己动手，丰衣足食”的纯粹满足感里。这一刻，盘中餐不仅是美味，更是亲手创造的快乐。

Gathered around sharing the meal, the clinking of bowls and chopsticks mingled with bright laughter. All weariness melted away in the pure satisfaction of "he who works with his own hands, eats his own bread" – the fulfillment of self-sufficiency. In this moment, the food on their plates was more than delicious; it was the joy of creation.

餐后，同学们迎来了一个充满诗意与匠心的环节——DIY古风香囊制作。长桌上铺陈开各种散发着自然清香的干制草药包：驱蚊安神的艾草、提神醒脑的薄荷，还有淡淡的薰衣草和迷迭香的芬芳交织弥漫，瞬间将大家带入宁静雅致的氛围中。

After the meal, the students engaged in a poetic and artisanal activity: DIY Ancient-Style Scented Sachet making. Long tables were laid out with various dried herb pouches exuding natural fragrances: mosquito-repelling and calming mugwort, refreshing and invigorating peppermint, alongside the subtle intertwined scents of lavender and rosemary. Instantly, the atmosphere became one of serene elegance.

这场融合自然教育、劳动体验与协作精神的游学之旅，为青春记忆镌刻下充满泥土芬芳与烟火温度的一页。

This study tour, integrating nature education, hands-on labor, and the spirit of collaboration, etched a page rich with the earthy fragrance and the warmth of shared moments into their youthful memories.
