沉寂了一个暑假的校园再次焕发生机，老师们带着教育的热忱与智慧重返校园。本周，我校全体教师齐聚一堂，正式开启新学期的准备工作。从全体大会到学科组研讨，从教育理念更新到教学细节打磨，老师们以饱满的热情投入其中，为新学期的教学工作注入了全新的活力。

After a summer of silence, the campus is once again revitalized, and the teachers return to school with enthusiasm and wisdom for education. This week, all teachers of our school gathered together to officially start the preparation for the new semester. From the general meeting to the subject group seminar, from the education concept update to the teaching details polishing, teachers with full enthusiasm into it, for the new semester of teaching work injected a new vigor.
凝聚共识 展望新程
LWS美高学校2025年秋季教师返岗大会正式启幕。孟校长首先作致辞，他充分肯定并回顾了上一学期学校取得的丰硕成果，向全体教师的辛勤付出表示感谢。立足新起点，孟校长从教学创新、学生关怀与全球视野培养等方面，对新学期的教育教学工作提出了新的展望与要求，为新学期的发展指明了方向。
LWS Fall 2025 Teacher Return Conference was officially opened. Principal Meng firstly gave a speech, he fully affirmed and reviewed the fruitful achievements of the school in the last semester, and expressed his gratitude to all the teachers for their hard work and dedication. Based on the new starting point, Principal Meng put forward a new outlook and requirements for the new semester's education and teaching work from the aspects of teaching innovation, student care and global vision cultivation, and pointed out the direction for the development of the new semester.
新的学期，崭新的征程。 会议中，容校长首先热烈欢迎了所有老师“回家”，并特别介绍了新加盟的同事们，洋溢着大家庭的温暖。立足新起点，容校长也向老师们分享了她的思考与建议，她鼓励大家要秉持初心，深耕教学，勇于创新；要关爱学生，做他们成长路上的引路人；更要携手共进，为实现新学期更高的教育目标而努力奋斗。
New semester, new journey. During the meeting, Principal Rong first warmly welcomed all the teachers “home” and especially introduced the new colleagues, the scene applauded thunderously, overflowing with the warmth of a big family. Based on the new starting point, Principal Rong also shared her thoughts and suggestions with the teachers, she encouraged them to uphold the original intention, deep ploughing teaching, and be brave to innovate; to care for the students, and be their guide on the way of growth; and moreover, to join hands together, and work hard to achieve higher educational goals in the new semester.

为进一步明确新学期教学研究方向，凝聚教研组核心力量，推动学校教学质量再上新台阶，LWS美高召开了学科带头人工作会议。此次会议旨在总结过去、规划未来，为新学期的教研工作定调子、指方向、明路径。
In order to further clarify the direction of teaching and research in the new semester, cohesion of the core strength of the teaching and research group, and to promote the school's teaching quality to a new level, LWS held a working meeting of HOD. The meeting was aimed at summarizing the past, planning for the future, setting the tone, pointing out the direction and clarifying the path for the teaching and research work in the new semester.
深耕细作 聚力创新
在各学科的分组会议中，各科教师围绕新学期的课程设计、教学资源整合与评估方式创新，展开了热烈而深入的研讨。
世界语言组、数理组、社科组、艺体组通过高效的集体备课与优质教学资源的共创共享，各学科组进一步优化与完善了新学期的教学实施方案，为提升课堂教学质量奠定了坚实基础。
In the group meetings of each subject, teachers of each subject conducted warm and in-depth discussions on curriculum design, integration of teaching resources and innovation of assessment methods in the new semester.
World Language Group, Mathematics and Science Group, Social Studies Group, Arts and Physical Education Group, through efficient collective lesson planning and sharing of quality teaching resources, each subject group further optimized and improved the new semester's teaching and learning implementation plan, laying a solid foundation for improving the quality of classroom teaching.
