8月22日，尚德融合部校长姚可阶女士与外方校长David Richardson先生分别致辞，向新加入的教师们表达了热烈的欢迎与殷切的期许。随后，在David Richardson校长的带领下，新教师们围绕尚德使命宣言展开了深入的交流与探讨，并巧妙地将这些核心理念融入了尚德Logo的创意设计中，既彰显出他们对学校文化的深刻理解，也展示了别具一格的创造力。接下来的体育团建环节，迅速拉近了彼此的距离，新教师在协作中建立起深厚默契，现场气氛热烈，洋溢着欢声与笑语。

Principal Yao and Mr. David Richardson both delivered welcoming speeches to the new faculty. Subsequently, guided by Mr. Richardson, the new teachers discussed the school's mission and creatively integrated it into the Suande logo design, demonstrating their understanding and creativity. The event continued with team-building games which quickly built rapport among the staff in a lively and joyful atmosphere.

1.学部发展历程 Department growth

通过Jigsaw Reading、Guessing Game等互动形式，各部主任回顾了学部发展历程与组织架构，介绍了工作氛围与团队文化，并就管理常规、政策制度与职业发展等议题展开充分讨论，有效增进了团队凝聚力，初步明确了职业发展方向。

Through interactive activities such as Jigsaw Reading and Guessing Game, the heads of each programme reviewed the development history and organizational structure of the faculty, introduced the working atmosphere and team culture, and held thorough discussions on management norms, policy systems, and career development. These exchanges effectively enhanced team cohesion and initially helped clarify directions for career growth.

2.课程与教学 Curriculum and teaching

各部协调员结合丰富教学实例与评估案例，立足国家课程内涵与IB课程框架，引导新教师探索概念驱动式课程理念与逆向设计方法，讨论单元计划表及探究型教案的撰写，明晰融合课程的实施路径，助力新教师夯实教学基础、提升课程设计与全人教育实践能力。

By integrating rich teaching examples and assessment cases, the workshops guided new teachers in exploring the concept-driven curriculum philosophy and backward design methodology. It facilitated discussions on writing unit plans and inquiry-based lesson plans, clarified the implementation path of an integrated curriculum, and helped new teachers solidify their teaching foundation while enhancing their skills in curriculum design and holistic educational practice.

3.教学方法与学习方法 ATT & ATL

融合部外方校长David Richardson 先生首先为全体新教师开展ATT（Approaches to Teaching）专题培训，形式新颖、互动感十足。培训中，David校长运用 think-pair-share、“扔雪球”、小组讨论、工作表等多元互动方式，摒弃 “教师中心” 模式，让教师在沉浸式活动中亲身体验多样教学方法。

Foreign Principal David delivered a thematic ATT training.Throughout the session, David adopted diverse interactive methods such as think-pair-share, "snowball throw," group discussions, and worksheets. Moving beyond a teacher-centered model, he immersed participants in fun activities that let them experience ATT.

融合部ATL协调员李迈豪老师聚焦沟通、社交、自我管理、研究与思考五大技能，引导新教师们通过分组研讨、案例分析与课堂设计，共同探寻ATL（Approaches to learning)在各学段的实践路径。在交流与协作中，教师们不仅深化了对 ATL 的理解，也激发了课堂创新的灵感。

The workshop focused on communication, social, self-management, research, and thinking. Through group discussions, case analysis, and lesson design, teachers explored practical ways to integrate ATL objectives into different programs. In the process of collaboration and sharing, they not only deepened their understanding of ATL but also sparked fresh inspiration for classroom innovation.

4.成就非凡师者 Be a qualified teacher

为了帮助老师更好地适应，融合部德育副校长王雪松女士、心灵关爱中心刘苗老师和外事部主任袁斌老师，分别从德育教育、学生心理危机干预和教学政策等方面进行了培训分享。王校长以“做一名温柔而坚定的人民教师”为主题，围绕国家教育纲要、职业道德准则以及新学期的准备工作，为新教师指引方向；刘老师系统讲解了三级心理预防体系与心理危机干预机制，为教师们提供了切实可行的支持思路；袁老师则深入浅出地向外教们解读了政策并建立了人文关怀。

Vice Principal Wang, Ms. Liu and Mr. Yuan, delivered sessions for new teachers on moral education in induction training, intervention in student psychological issues and the teaching policies. These sessions were profoundly meaningful. Every new teach reaffirm their original commitment to the mission of education.

Lesson Presentation

在培训最后一天，新教师们分别进行了8分钟的精彩说课。他们以清晰的表达，展现出自己对课程的理解和巧妙的课堂构思。

On the last day of the training, the new teachers each gave an 8-minute wonderful lesson presentation, fully demonstrating their understanding of curriculum and teaching.

Talent Show

才艺展示环节，尚德融合部的新老师们充分展现出青春活力与无限创意，令人印象深刻。

When it came to the talent show, the new teachers were even more refreshed and showed their strengths, and their performance was impressed.

经过三天的培训，融合部的新教师们深度掌握了国家课程内涵与IB课程框架。通过跨文化协作工作坊，他们增强了国际化教育理念与实践能力，为打造多元包容的学习社区做好了充分准备！

After three days training, new teachers have gained in-depth understanding of the national curriculum and IB framework. Through cross-cultural collaboration workshops, they have strengthened our international education capabilities and are fully prepared to build an inclusive learning community!
