8月28日，由新加坡政界与投资界领袖组成的代表团莅临我校。来访嘉宾包括前卫生部/交通部/可持续发展与环境部政务部长许连碹博士 (Dr.Amy Khor)，新加坡人力资本公司创始人、前国会议员何玉珠女士 (Mdm Ho Geok Choo)。此外，凯德投资（CapitaLand Investments）首席解决方案官陈伟文先生 (Mr. Aylwin Tan)、高级副总裁廖美玲女士 (Ms.Beatrice Liow)，以及法国农业信贷银行投资人许健伟先生 (Mr.Jimmy Koh)等重量级人士亦在其中。

On August 28th, a distinguished delegation from Singapore’s political, business, and investment circles visited Adcote School Shanghai, a member of Ray Education Group. The guests includedDr.Maliki Osman,Senior Advisor to the President of Nanyang Technological University，who served as Minister in the Prime Minister's Office, Second Minister for Education and Second Minister for Foreign Affairs from 2020 to 2025; Dr.Amy Khor, Former Senior Minister of State at the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Transport, and the Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment; andMdm Ho Geok Choo, Founder and CEO of Human Capital Singapore and Former Member of Parliament. Senior leaders from CapitaLand Investments —Mr.Aylwin Tan, Chief Solutions Officer, andMs.Beatrice Liow, Senior Vice-President — as well asMr.Jimmy Koh,Investor at Crédit Agricole–Indosuez, also joined the delegation.

代表团深入参观了上海阿德科特校区，亲身体验了学校在跨学科教育、AI赋能学习及学生创新项目上的成果。

学生项目展示：AI智能手杖

四位学生自主研发的“AI智能手杖”成为亮点。该产品专为视障与老年人设计，融合计算机视觉与实时语音提示，可识别环境障碍，已获国家专利。

何玉珠女士深受触动：“这项技术让视障人士摆脱对他人的依赖，真正体现了科技向善的力量。”

许健伟先生积极探讨商业化路径，并表示：“我有兴趣投资这款已注册专利的产品”，并询问了产品的市场化，包括定价和商业战略的规划。

IB课程与全球视野展示

学校展示了IB课程与A-Level双轨制的创新融合，强调批判性思维、跨文化沟通与真实问题解决能力。学生流利的英文演示和跨学科协作，充分体现了雅力教育在培养未来全球领导者方面的优异成果。

The delegation toured Adcote School Shanghai, experiencing first-hand the school’s achievements ininterdisciplinary learning, AI-enabled education, and student innovation.

Student Innovation Project: AI Smart Cane

Four students presented their “AI Smart Cane,” designed for visually impaired and elderly users. The device integrates computer vision and real-time voice prompts to detect obstacles andhas already been granted a national patent.

Mdm Ho Geok Chooremarked: “This technology empowers the visually impaired to live independently — a true example of technology serving humanity.”

Mr. Jimmy Kohexplored commercialization opportunities and noted: “I am interested in investing in this patented product.”

IB Competencies and Global Vision

The school presented its unique integration of IB and A-Level curricula, highlightingcritical thinking, cross-cultural communication, and real-world problem solving. Students’ fluent English presentations and interdisciplinary collaboration showcased Ray Education’s success in preparing future global leaders.
