2014年，励滕教育进驻上海，与美国 NicheA+名校 Perkiomen School（伯克曼学校）强强联手，创办了上海励滕伯克曼学校 (SLS)。

自成立以来，我校提供优质的大学预备课程，办学十余年硕果累累：众多励滕学子成功进入世界顶尖综合类大学和全球前五的艺术类高等学府，八届毕业生累计获得包括美国大学在内的多所世界顶尖学府逾600 万美元的奖学金。

In2014, Liteng Education entered Shanghai, and joined forces with Perkiomen School which is ranking Niche A+ in the United States, to establish Shanghai Leighton School (SLS).

Since its establishment, our school has provided high-quality college preparation courses, and in the past ten years, our graduates have successfully entered the world's top comprehensive universities and the world's top five art universities, and our eight graduates totally have won more than 6 million dollars in scholarships from the world's top universities, including American universities.

Founded in 1875, Perkioman School is a 172-acre mixed boarding school located in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Shanghai Leighton School has an excellent faculty team. Our school adopts the American principal responsibility system, with up to 80% of foreign teachers in the entire school and an immersive English environment. It is a pure American high school. 在UbD理念统一教学思想下，AA作业是我们每个学生每学期必须完成的课题制作业，占GPA比重60%。学生利用AA课题作业、根据自己的特长与心得，将所学知识与现实世界相连接，通过各种方式（论文、PPT、演讲、板报、视频、绘画等），向外界展示自身真实知识体系与理解应用层次。老师则根据学生AA作业的表现形式，逻辑性、合理性、学术性等不同维度，进行剖析与打分，实现真正的个性化、精英化评估。

Under the unified teaching philosophy of UbD, the AA project is a mandatory assignment for every student each semester, accounting for up to 60% of their GPA. Through the AA project, students connect their acquired knowledge with the real world based on their strengths and insights. They showcase their genuine understanding and application of knowledge through various formats such as essays, PowerPoint presentations, speeches, posters, videos, and artwork. Teachers then evaluate and grade the AA projects based on multiple dimensions, including presentation, logical coherence, rationality, and academic rigor. This approach ensures a truly personalized and elite assessment, tailored to each student's unique abilities and achievements.

我校引入美国高中4年制完整教学体系，包含美国高中基础课程、美国高中荣誉课程、AP课程和项目制研修课题。学生无需出国，即可体验美国本土原汁原味的私立寄宿制高中教学精华。

我校开设80+门课，包括语言类（英语和小语种），数学、科学、社会科学、体育和艺术类。每位学生在满足一定数量必修通识全人学分课程的基础上，可以根据自身爱好与未来大学报考方向以及职业规划，自由选择我校开设的其他课程。励滕对学生选课门数不设上限，尊重每位学生的兴趣爱好，可以在我校修习任意已经开设的课程。

Our school has introduced a comprehensive four-year American high school curriculum system, which includes foundational courses, honors courses, Advanced Placement (AP) courses, and project-based research topics. Students can experience the essence of a private American boarding high school education without leaving the country.

Our school offers over 80 courses spanning a wide range of disciplines, including languages (English and other foreign languages), social studies, sciences, mathematics, IT, and the arts. Each student is required to complete a certain number of compulsory general education credits. Beyond this foundation, students are free to choose additional courses based on their interests and future college aspirations. In principle, we do not set a limit on the number of courses a student can take. As long as a student is passionate about learning, they are welcome to enroll in any of the courses we offer. After all, there’s no harm in mastering a wide range of skills.

Ourschool maintains small class sizes of 20 students per class, with each session lasting 50 minutes. This setup allows teachers to closely monitor the learning progress of every student and address specific challenges or areas of confusion with targeted guidance. Outside of class, students can schedule one-on-one tutoring sessions with teachers to reinforce their understanding and address any gaps in their knowledge. By combining proactive teaching with objective feedback, we tailor our approach to each student's unique needs, ensuring a personalized and elite educational experience that brings out the best in every individual.

This system supports three-way access, allowing teachers, students, and parents to monitor daily learning progress and performance anytime, anywhere, via computer or mobile devices. In the event of special circumstances, such as a pandemic, our school can seamlessly transition between online and offline teaching modes.
