Some people think the government should provide funds for performing art training courses, while others believe it is the responsibility of businesses and students’ families. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

比如:intro + view 1 + view 2 + my view。
- View 1:
- My view:
intro
The question ofwho should finance performing arts traininghas long been debated. While some believethe government should take full responsibility, others argue thatsuch costs should be borne byprivate sectorsthe private sectorand families.Personally,I believe thatboth sides play essential but different roles insupporting art education.
view 1: government
On the one hand, many argue thatthe government should finance performing arts training. Public funding ensures, as such funding can ensureequal opportunitiesfor all students, particularly those from low-income families, who might otherwise be unable to afford such courses. For instance, government-sponsored programs in countries like France and South Korea provide free or subsidized art classes, enablingBy providing public support, the government helps to remove financial barriersand allowstalented individuals to develop their skills regardless of economic background. Moreover, investing inthe artsperforming arts training coursescontributes tothe preservation and promotion of a nation’s cultural heritage. By supporting art education, governments not only nurture future performers but also enrich society’s cultural life.
view 2: businesses & families
However, someopponentsargue that the costs of performing arts training should beborne bythe responsibility of theprivate sectorsand individuals.First of all, tThis approach can
reduce the government’s financial burden, allowing public funds to be allocated to more essential areas such as healthcare or compulsory education. In addition, private and family investment tends to bemore targeted and efficient, since people are more willing to invest in courses that genuinely interest them or meet their specific needs. What's moreAs a result, training programs are likely to become moretailored, outcome-oriented, and closely aligned with students’ personal goals.
I think the government should provide support where it is most needed. In my opinion, both governemntal and private investment are necessary.I believe that the government should fund performing arts training for students who lack the financial means, as this ensures that talent is not wasted due to economic constraints. At the same time, programs for those who can afford them should rely on private sectors and families, which encourages more targeted and practical training. In this way, both fairness and effectiveness can be achieved, while the overall system remains sustainable.
