The best way for governments to solve traffic congestion is to provide free public transport 24 hours a day，7 days a week. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
同意:
1. Free 24/7 public transport cuts people’s travel costs, encouraging more private car users to switch to it and directly reducing private cars on the road to ease congestion.
全天候免费公共交通降低出行成本，激励更多私家车使用者换乘，直接减少路面私家车数量以缓解拥堵。
2. 24/7 operation meets the travel needs of night commuters, reducing scattered private car trips at night and improving the overall utilization of road resources.
全天候运营满足夜班人群的出行需求，减少夜间零散私家车出行，提升道路资源的整体利用率。
不同意:
1. This policy will bring huge long-term financial pressure to the government, as it needs to bear the costs of vehicle maintenance, staff salaries and energy consumption all year round.
