2026 英本申请牛剑本科面试全攻略

随着5月13日UCAS申请通道的正式开放，英国本科申请已正式拉起帷幕。申请牛津大学和剑桥大学，所有专业都要求学生参加面试。想要拿到这两所名校的offer，不仅需要出色的标化和笔试成绩，面试同样重要！

牛剑本科面试通常会在12月进行，一般是11月中旬-12月初之间通知面试。面试过程中，考官主要考察知识储备、学科热情、思维方式和后续潜力等等，不会局限于学生的现有水平，所以学生们有极大概率会遇到完全不会的题目。

牛津大学面试

2026申请季，牛津大学依旧选择让学生参加线上面试。

如果考生进入了面试，那么会在11月中旬至12月初之间收到一封信函或者电子邮件。发送信函或邮件的时间会根据面试时间的不同而有所调整。大家也有可能会收到不是自己所申请的学院发出的面试邀请，这是因为学校根据考生的实际情况将考生进行了重新分配，所以考生会被调剂。所有面试预计在12月初至中旬进行。

牛津大学面试官

面试由大学学术导师进行，他们负责教学和科研，并决定录取。通常会有两位导师面试，有时更多。

牛津大学面试会被问到的问题

面试官理解学生可能会感到紧张，因此会尽量让你放松，希望你能在面试中展现自我，展示自己的知识和技能。

首先，他们可能会问你几个简单的问题：也许是关于你PS中的某些内容，也许是关于你为什么申请你所选择的专业。然后，他们会问一些与你的专业相关的问题。

They will probably ask you a few simple questions to begin with: perhaps about something in your personal statement or why you have applied for a particular course. They will then move on to questions about your subject.

根据你所申请专业的相关内容，他们可能会给你一篇文章、一首诗、一幅图或一件物品，然后要求你回答问题并发表评论。这些材料可能在面试前就会向你提供，如果有什么需要特别关注的内容，导师也会提前向你提供建议。导师也可能会根据你此前提交的任何书面作品去进行提问。

Depending on what is relevant for the course you are applying for, you may be given a text, a poem, a graph, or an object, and then asked to answer questions and comment on it. You may be given these before the interview, and will be advised if there is anything in particular on which you need to focus. Tutors may also refer to any written work that you were asked to submit.

Questions may be about the subjects that you are currently studying at school or college. However, you will also be offered opportunities to show whether you have read around the subject and to demonstrate your knowledge and interest beyond your school or college syllabus.

Why do many animals have stripes?
Here's a cactus. Tell me about it.
If you could save either the rainforests or the coral reefs, which would you choose?
Is it easier for organisms to live in the sea or on land?

Ladybirds are red. So are strawberries. Why?
Would it matter if tigers became extinct?

剑桥大学面试

剑桥大学面试有线上和线下两种形式，每个学生通常需要参加2-3场30分钟左右的学术面试，面试的内容大致分为两部分——一般性学术面试（General academic interview）及学科学术面试（Subject-specific academic interview）。

学科学术面试

每场面试通常会有两到三位面试官，学生在面试中通常需要进行以下探讨：

谈论所申请的专业，包括近期在学校学习的部分及文书中所提到的内容；
回答为什么想在剑桥学习、为什么选择这一专业；
运用现有知识讨论学生以前没有遇到的问题，来考察知识迁移能力；
运用现有知识，解决学生从未想过、新出现的情况或问题；
探索与所选学科相关的重要问题和发展动态。

一般性学术面试

剑桥大学可能会邀请考生参加另一场面试，会从以下方面来提问：

文书中的具体内容；
为什么想在剑桥学习、为什么选择这一专业；
其他学术成果/研究和兴趣；
未来的职业规划；
课外活动，与课程相关的其他兴趣或经验。

剑桥大学面试样题

（Biology方向为例）

自然科学生物方向的面试一般由生物学的教授来主导，他们可能来自Cambridge Stem Cell Institute。也可能有来自其他Dept，比如Department of Physics 或者 Department of Plant Sciences的教授。主要的问题会集中在生物+化学的部分，但是物理和数学的问题也是有可能被涉及到的。

面试问题示例：

How can we conserve biodiversity and feed the world?
What is biodiversity?
How do we determine where the balance should lie?
Land-sparing or land-sharing? Is it better to preserve some land unspoilt and farm the rest as intensively as possible, or to try and make farmland as diverse as possible?
Does the approach differ by country? England vs the tropics?

自然科学

What interests you about studying Natural Sciences at Cambridge?
Why have you applied to study Natural Sciences?
What particular areas of Physics/Chemistry/Biology interest you?
Are there any particular modules in the Natural Sciences course that you would like to study if you were accepted?

生物方向

Carrots: If we can grow a carrot from a single carrot cell, why can’t we do the same with a human?
Purple potatoes: How could I go about creating a new strain of purple potatoes?
Virus: Is it advantageous for a virus to kill its host?
Being a rat: Imagine you are a rat. What would be most important to you in life?
Showing a diagram of a drug trial and asking the candidate to explain it.
Some candidates were given diagrams just before the interview, with 15-30 minutes to look at it and prepare for questions on it. Once they entered the interview they were asked to explain what they saw, and were asked further questions.
Showing diagrams of unknown biological processes and see what you can explain from it.
