每次备赛时,我的脑海总像塞满了五彩斑斓的气球,太多想表达、想分享的内容,反而让我无从下手。后来我慢慢摸索出一个方法:先把所有想法摊开,再从中挑选最贴合比赛的、最能触动人心的核心内容,一点点精简提炼,最终找到最适合自己的“故事主线”。这次的演讲灵感,源于两件看似普通却让我感触颇深的小事。
一次,是父母外出,只能叫来姥爷姥姥陪我。他们要带我去餐厅吃饭,却没想到在马路边站了很久也打不到出租车,仿佛被这个“手机叫车”的时代遗忘了。后来到了餐厅,没有纸质菜单,只能扫码点餐。我看着姥姥眯着眼睛凑近手机屏幕,手指笨拙地放大字体,却仍看不清那些密密麻麻的选项,然后小声问我:“这菜里有没有放香菜?”。那一刻,我突然好难过,他们并非不愿意接受新事物,而是这些“高科技”似乎在无形中将他们与这个时代隔离开来,像一道看不见的墙,把他们挡在了“便利”的门外。
还有一次,是一天家里水管突然漏水,我看爸爸打客服电话,绕来绕去一直找不到人工客服接听。
我突然想到:如果把这两件事结合起来,会不会是一个能打动人心的故事? 于是,我决定以“管道漏水求助客服”作为演讲的开头,用模仿机器人毫无情感的机械对话,和真人充满焦虑的求助形成强烈反差,来抓住听众的耳朵。接着,我把打车、点餐的经历作为展开,加入姥爷“攥着现金却打不到车”、姥姥“看不清屏幕”的细节,让听众能“看见”那些被科技边缘化的老人,戳中他们对亲人的共情。
接着,我还说了几点小建议,并呼吁大家:放慢脚步,停下来思考。科技本来是让人离得更近,而不是筑起的高墙。最后,我设计了一个温暖的结尾:当AI客服无法解决问题时,是邻居听到动静,主动过来帮忙修好了水龙头,还端来一碗热腾腾的南瓜汤。这个画面,既回应了开头“AI求助失败”的困境,又用“人与人互助”的温度,告诉大家“科技应服务于人,而非替代人性”的主题。


1、有吸引力的内容。多留心生活里的微小细节,真实的素材最有力量。
2、演讲不要死记硬背,观众并不是来听你背书的。大家想听的,是有用的观点、有趣的故事、有共鸣的情绪。
3、表达通顺,语气有起有伏,语速有快有慢,听起来才不闷。
4、观点、结构不要太复杂,简单清楚就好。观众记不住复杂的理论,却能记住一句话和一个好故事。

When Technology Falls Silent, We Have Each Other
“Help! The tap is leaking, I need someone to help me!”
"If you're looking for home service, press 1. For English service, press 2."
Repeat, press the pound key...
"Staff! Staff!? I need a real PERSON to talk to me!"
"Sorry, wrong command, please repeat."
"What?"
That’s... awful.
This happened at my home last weekend. How many of you hate AI responses as much as I do? Statistics show that 82% of companies now use customer service robots, claiming to "free us" and "solve problems". But here’s the truth: 64% of us are frustrated that AI amplifies anxiety when issues fall outside its digital menu.
Speaking of menus, last week, I went out for dinner with my grandparents. That was indeed a tough journey. My grandpa, cash in hand, could not get a single taxi because they were all booked online. We had to walk into a restaurant, hungrily. The waiters were cold-faced; they pointed to the table, saying, "scan the code to order." My grandma could not even see the tiny words on the phone screen. So, we’re just left out but the advance tech ha?
Is technology designed to isolate us or help us? Our lives are not coded by programs, nor deduced by algorithms. We are not programmed robots, but messy, beautifully human beings in need of connection.
So, it's time for a change.
We should put down our ordering apps and step into real life. Walk to the market with family for fresh carrots, and happen upon a wonderfully ugly pumpkin—that’s cute.
To the corporations chasing efficiency: leave us an easy way to reach real humans over the phone calls and in stores! Technology should serve, not rule over us.
In the end, my call was answered not by a robot, but by my neighbors. The tap was fixed, and we shared a meal with an ugly pumpkin soup.
When technology falls silent, we still have each other.
Life is wonderful when we make heartfelt connections and share our warmth with one another.
