本周,由学校商务与经济学科组联合New Biz组委会举办,古北耀华New Biz校园商业模拟挑战赛在一片热烈的氛围中圆满收官。同学们化身 “青年企业家”,在模拟商业世界中淬炼思维与能力。
This week, co-hosted by the school’s Business and Economics Department and the New Biz Organizing Committee, the Yew Wah Gubei New Biz Campus Business Simulation Challenge successfully concluded in a lively atmosphere. Students transformed into "young entrepreneurs", tempering their thinking and abilities in the simulated business world.
本次赛事是为G10年级商务与经济课程学生策划的一项具有深度与实践意义的学习,它是一项集结商业策略、逻辑思维、演讲表达、沟通谈判于一体的综合性挑战项目,通过公司运营锻炼学生的各项能力,提升商业知识,深入接触充满挑战与机遇的商业世界。
This event is a in-depth and practical learning activity designed for G10 students taking Business and Economics courses. It is a comprehensive challenge integrating business strategy, logical thinking, presentation skills, and communication & negotiation. Through virtual company operations, it hones students’ various abilities, enhances their business knowledge, and allows them to deeply engage with the challenging and opportunity-filled business world.
参赛学生以团队形式,在一个动态的全球经济模拟环境中运营虚拟公司,分别扮演CEO、市场经理、产品经理、运营经理的角色,就产品开发、融资、市场推广与贸易等进行策略性决策。
Participating students formed teams to operate virtual companies in a dynamic simulated global economic environment. They took on roles such as CEO, Marketing Manager, Product Manager, and Operations Manager, making strategic decisions on product development, financing, marketing, and trade.


同学们将平日课堂中学到的商务经济学知识与商业模拟挑战赛中的市场情况和时局相结合,灵活运用战略,以深入分析市场并找到最具优势的策略,进一步系统性地夯实该学科的理论基础。
Students combined the business and economics knowledge learned in daily classes with the market conditions and trends in the simulation challenge, flexibly applying strategies to conduct in-depth market analysis and identify the most advantageous approaches. This further systematically consolidated their theoretical foundation in the subject.

从赛事规则解析到商业逻辑拆解,从团队角色分工到决策风险控制,无论哪个环节,同学们都密切协作,输出观点接纳意见,交流互助有效讨论,真实的商业世界没有标准答案,但团队协作是不变的核心竞争力。
From analyzing event rules to breaking down business logic, from dividing team roles to controlling decision-making risks — in every step, students collaborated closely, put forward opinions, accepted suggestions, communicated and assisted with effective discussions. There are no standard answers in the real business world, but teamwork is the unchanging core competitiveness.

经过数小时的头脑风暴与小组磋商,由New Biz组委会评委老师根据各公司运营“财报”,最终评选出团队与个人的各类荣誉奖项,成为对学生们的智慧与全情投入的最佳肯定。
After hours of brainstorming and group consultations, the judges from the New Biz Organizing Committee selected various group and individual awards based on the "financial reports" of each company’s operations. This is the best recognition of the students’ wisdom and full dedication.

More touching than the awards are the marks of growth during the process: lagging teams encouraged each other and adjusted strategies; leading teams remained calm and reviewed loopholes; after the competition, they took the initiative to share experiences and reflections, demonstrating a vision and sense of responsibility beyond competition.
We believe that education should help children acquire skills and qualities to cope with the future. This business competition is a vivid practice of this concept, allowing students to accumulate strength for the stages ahead.
