港澳通行证及签注

为方便选手顺利参加香港比赛，请根据个人情况参考以下办理流程。

*必备证件：港澳通行证与签注

📌已有港澳通行证的选手

1. 检查签注有效期

• 请务必确认现有港澳通行证上的签注是否在有效期内（签注种类请选择“个人旅游”）。
• 若签注已过期，可前往当地出入境大厅或“智能签注一体机”进行签注更新，通常可立等可取。

2. 重要提示

• 建议至少提前两周检查签注状态，以免临近比赛无法入境。
• 更新签注所需材料：身份证原件及港澳通行证。

📌首次办理港澳通行证的选手

1. 办理地点：各地出入境接待中心/大厅

（可通过“移民局 12367”公众号或App查询并预约）

📄 办理材料：居民身份证原件（及复印件）、近期证件照相片回执（可通过“粤照拍”办理或现场办理）、《往来港澳通行证申请表》（现场填写）

2. 工本费与工期

• 通行证：60元
• 一年一次签注：15元
• 工期约7-20个工作日

3. 办理流程

①线上预约：通过“移民局12367”预约办理地点与时间。

②线下办理：携带身份证和相片回执前往出入境接待中心。

③现场操作：

• 填写申请表并确认个人信息、打印表格并盖章取号，按叫号前往窗口办理并领取受理回执单；
• 扫码缴费后选择取证方式（自取或邮寄）。

④取证：可选自取或邮寄。

4. 办前须知

• 首次办理需线上预约+线下人工办理；
• 建议通行证与签注同时办理，后续续签即可自助完成；
• 提前准备好相片回执可节省排队时间；
• 办理信息需填写准确，以免影响审批进度。

To ensure smooth participation in the Hong Kong tournament, please follow the instructions below based on your situation.

I.Participantswith an existing Mainland Travel Permit

✅Check your endorsement validity

• Make sure your current permit's endorsement is valid (type: "Individual Travel").

• If the endorsement has expired, visit a local Exit-Entry Hall or an "Intelligent Endorsement Machine" to update it. Usually, it can be done instantly.

✅Important reminders

• Check at least two weeks in advance to avoid last-minute issues.

• Required documents for updating: ID card and existing travel permit.

II. First-time applicants

📍Application location

• Local Exit-Entry Reception Center/Hall (check and book via the "Immigration Bureau 12367" app or WeChat).

📄Required documents

• Resident ID card (original + copy)

• Recent passport photo receipt (can be obtained via “粤照拍”)

• Mainland Travel Permit application form (fill in on-site)

💰Fees & processing time

• Travel permit: 60 RMB

• One-year endorsement: 15 RMB

• Processing time: approx. 7-20 working days

🧭Step-by-step process

1. Online booking:Use "Immigration Bureau 12367" to reserve location and time.

2. On-site visit:Bring ID and photo receipt to the Exit-Entry Center.

3. At the center:

· Fill in the application form and confirm personal information;

· Print the form, get it stamped, and take a number;

· Go to the designated counter when called, submit documents, and receive the receipt;

· Scan the code to pay the fee and choose the collection method (self-collect or mail).

4. Collecting the permit:

·Self-collect:Go to the self-service machine with ID once you receive the SMS notification;

· Mail:Go to the designated counter (e.g., Room 206), fill in details, and pay postage.

📣Before you apply

• First-time endorsement requires both online booking and on-site processing;

• It is recommended to apply for the permit and endorsement together: future renewals can be done at self-service machines;

• Preparing the photo receipt in advance can save waiting time;

• Ensure all personal information is accurate to avoid delays.

📌出行方案二：落地深圳宝安国际机场，经深圳湾口岸出境至香港

① 深圳宝安国际机场 - 深圳湾口岸

• 公共交通：11号线-机场站往华强南方向至后海站（5站/21分钟），站内转乘13号线往深圳湾口岸方向（2站/4分钟）至深圳湾口岸站（C口），步行803米至深圳湾口岸公交站
• 打车：24公里/~30分钟，35~40元

②入境香港后到比赛场地：基督教香港信义会元朗信义中学

• 公共交通：机场步行960米至机场（地面运输中心）巴士总站公交站，搭乘龙运A36路往锦上路站方向（6站）至元朗广场（N2月台）公交站下车，步行165米，总程约60分钟
• 打车（滴滴/Uber）:31.1公里/~35分钟，~260 港币

Trip Option 1:Non-stop flight to Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA)

Trip Option 2:Landing at Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport, departing via Shenzhen Bay Port to Hong Kong

① Shenzhen Bao'anInternational Airport - Shenzhen Bay Port

•Public Transportation:

Take Metro Line 11 from Airport Station toward Huaqiang South and get off at Houhai Station (5 stops / 21 minutes). Transfer within the station to Metro Line 13 toward Shenzhen Bay Port, ride for 2 stops / 4 minutes, and get off at Shenzhen Bay Port Station (Exit C). Then walk about 803 meters to Shenzhen Bay Port Bus Station

•By Taxi:24 km / ~30 minutes, CNY 35–40

②After entering Hong Kong, proceed to the competition venue ELCHK

•Public Transportation:

Walk 960 meters from the airport to the Airport (Ground Transportation Center) Bus Terminal, take Longwin Bus A36 toward Kam Sheung Road Station for 6 stops, get off at Yuen Long Plaza (N2 Platform) Bus Stop, then walk 165 meters. Total travel time: approximately 60 minutes.

•By Taxi (DiDi / Uber):31.1 km / ~35 minutes, ~HKD 260

💡货币与支付

香港使用的货币是港币（HKD），与中国内地的人民币（RMB）不同。大多数商家不接受人民币现金，建议大家提前兑换部分港币，或确认自己的支付宝/微信支付可在香港使用。

📶通讯与网络

香港大多数酒店、咖啡厅及公共区域都提供免费 Wi-Fi。内地的手机卡在香港一般可以开通漫游使用，但可能会产生漫游费用。如需长时间停留，建议购买当地电话卡或 eSIM 流量包以确保网络稳定。

Hong Kong uses the Hong Kong Dollar (HKD), which is different from the RMB used in Mainland China. Most stores in Hong Kong do not accept RMB cash, so we recommend exchanging some HKD in advance or making sure your Alipay/WeChat Pay accounts are enabled for use in Hong Kong.

📶Communication & Internet

Most hotels, cafes, and public areas in Hong Kong offer free Wi-Fi. Mainland mobile SIM cards can generally roam in Hong Kong, but roaming fees may apply. If you plan to stay for several days, consider purchasing a local SIM card or an eSIM data plan for stable internet access.

🧭Helpful Tips

•Power outlets in Hong Kong use Type G (British-style) plugs — you may need an adapter.

•English and Cantonese are widely used, and most signs include both Chinese and English.
