哈佛辩论委员会举办的国际赛系列之「International Speech and Debate Initiative TOC Qualifier 3 2026」（ISDI#3）将于2026年1月24-25日举行。

Resolved: The United Kingdom should rejoin the European Union.

“We will be using theSep/Oct Public Forum Topicfor this tournament.”

“We will offerthree divisions ofPublic Forum debate– silver varsity, novice, and middle school.

We will offer two divisions ofWorld Schools Debate– juniors and varsity.

We will offer two speech events –Original Oratory & Dramatic Interpretation.”

PF辩题：

Resolved: The United Kingdom should rejoin the European Union.

机构•演辩营提供针上述赛事辩题有针对性的备赛课程或集训，从资料准备到辩论稿打磨及mock模拟指导，帮助参赛选手备赛，进行实战演练。

机构有丰富的赛事组织与辅导经验，有长于辅导海外赛、高度国际化的专业教练团队，通过丰富完整的辩题资料、与各类赛事高度契合的备赛课程，全程帮助参赛选手进行高强度赛前集训和备赛。

赛制及分组

赛制：PF

大赛提供三个公共论坛辩论（Public Forum Debate）分组，分别为公开组（Open）、新手组（Novice）和初中组（Middle School）。新手组适用于第一年参加比赛的学生。初中组适用于六年级到八年级的学生。

赛制：WSD

大赛提供两个WSD辩论（World Schools Debate）分组，分别为公开组（Open）和少年组（Juniors）。

赛制：Speech

大赛提供两个演讲项目：

Original Oratory和Dramatic Interpretation。

Pairings will be released approximately 15 minutes prior to start time.All participants should report to the online rooms within 5 minutes after pairings are released.All participants must return to and remain in the online rooms 10 minutes before the start time.
