TOC 演讲与辩论锦标赛-1（4th AnnualTOC Digital Speech and Debate Series 1）12月5日至7日举行，正在报名。TOC-1由肯塔基大学举办（简称UK），是一项顶尖的辩论与演讲赛事，每年都吸引着大量的辩论与演讲优胜者参加。
