2026 年初，剑桥 Rethink 写作竞赛官网已更新本届赛题，赛事赛制迎来重大变动，和 JohnLocke 写作竞赛一样有核心调整。
本届最关键的变化是新增 Junior 组，首次为 11-13 岁学生开放参赛通道，同时赛事按年龄划分赛题，既让更多孩子拥有参赛机会，也能保障竞赛的公平性。

PART 01剑桥Re:think赛题
一、高年级组：14-18岁
1️⃣Freedom and Accountability｜自由与问责制
题目：Is populism inherently a form of radical right-wing politics, or can it also represent a legitimate, alternative democratic expression?
民粹主义本质上是否只是激进右翼政治的一种形式，还是说它也能代表一种合法的、替代性的民主表达？
2️⃣Economics and Globalization｜经济与全球化
题目：Should the nation-state be abolished in favor of new forms of global or regional governance, or does it remain essential to political identity and stability?
民族国家，到底是应该被废除掉、进而支持新形式的全球/区域治理，还是说民族国家对政治认同和稳定仍然至关重要？
3️⃣Law and Society｜法律与社会
题目1：Should AI systems be granted legal personhood, or are they tools that must always remain under human accountability?
AI系统是否应被赋予法律人格，还是说它们只是必须始终处于人类问责之下的工具？
题目2：Should colonial-era artifacts in Western museums be repatriated to their countries of origin, or preserved where they are as part of global heritage?
西方博物馆中的殖民时代文物，是否应归还其原籍国家？还是应作为全球遗产的一部分、继续留在原地保存？
4️⃣Economics and Globalization｜经济与全球化
题目1：Should meritocracy be considered a fair system that rewards talent and effort, or a myth that disguises structural inequality?
优绩主义（Meritocracy）究竟应被视为一种奖励天赋与努力的公平制度，还是一个掩盖结构性不平等的迷思？
题目2：Should open borders be embraced as a path to justice and freedom, or would they destabilize societies and undermine welfare systems?
“开放边境”这个政策，究竟是通往正义与自由的路径，还是会动摇社会稳定、瓦解福利体系？
5️⃣Technology and Ethics｜技术与伦理
题目1：Should governments fund moonshot scientific projects (like curing aging or interstellar travel) even if they appear speculative, or prioritize incremental improvements with more immediate benefits?
政府是否应该资助“登月计划”式（Moonshot）的科学项目（如治愈衰老或星际旅行），即使它们看起来具有推测性（speculative）？还是应该优先考虑具有更直接利益的渐进式改进？
题目2：Should scientific research on potentially catastrophic technologies (such as gain-of-function experiments or advanced AI models) be restricted, even at the cost of slowing progress?
科学研究若涉及具有潜在灾难性的技术（如功能增益实验(gain-of-function experiments)或高级AI模型），是否应予以限制，即便这会以减缓进步为代价？
6️⃣Public Health｜公共卫生
题目：Can healing ever be “complete,” or is it always an ongoing negotiation with pain, memory, and identity?

2️⃣Freedom and Accountability｜自由与问责
题目1：Should people always tell the truth, even if it might hurt someone’s feelings?
人们是否应该始终说真话，即使这可能会伤害某人的感情？
题目2：Is it better to work together or do things on your own?

3️⃣Law and Society｜法律与社会
题目1：How can we make sure schools are fair for all students?

PART 02Re:think写作竞赛要求
✅参赛资格：面向11至18岁、提交时尚未开始本科学习的学生
📌组别设置：
- 初级组：11至13岁
- 高级组：14至18岁
🔎参赛方式：个人独立参赛，不接受团队作品或合作撰写
✍选题规则：
- 每篇论文只能回答所选主题中的一个问题，聚焦单一议题深入探讨
- 每位参赛者仅允许提交一篇论文，鼓励深度钻研而非广撒网
📝字数限制：
- 请确保你的文章不超过2000字（不包括脚注和参考书目）。
- 请使用一致的字体格式，并将行距设置为1.5行距。
🎯格式规范：
- 文件格式：必须以PDF 格式提交，命名规则为Topic-QuestionNumber.pdf
- 匿名要求：论文正文绝对不能出现参赛者姓名、学校名称或任何个人标识（双盲评审）
- 引用格式：必须使用 MLA 8格式
⭕AI使用政策：
- 严禁使用任何 AI 工具辅助写作
- 所有论文将通过双重检测：Turnitin 查重 + AI 内容识别系统，违规者直接取消资格
- 仅允许使用传统研究工具
