报到携带材料

报到携带材料（以下材料若已经提供的无需重复提供）：1.户口本复印件（首页、户主页、父母页、学生页）(仅限中国籍)

2.家长身份证复印件/外籍提供护照复印件

3.学生身份证复印件（若有）/外籍提供护照复印件

4.预防接种卡原件（小白卡）

5.一寸照片三张

6.学籍卡（仅限转学籍学生）Required documents for registration (there is no need to submit any of these documents a second time if you have already submitted them in the past):1. Residence Permit Photocopy (first page, resident page, parents' page, and student's page)（Chinese Students Only）

2. Parents' Chinese ID Card Photocopy/ Passport Photocopy(Foreign Parents Only)

3.Student's Chinese ID Card Photocopy/Student's Passport Photocopy(Foreign Students Only)

4. Vaccination Card Original

5. Three (3) 1-inch pictures

6. Student Status Card ( Transfer Students Only )

住宿生活用品

生活用品：换洗衣物、鞋子、拖鞋、牙刷、牙膏、脸盆、毛巾、浴巾、抹布、水杯、睡衣、洗发水等；

学习用品：台灯、闹钟、笔记本、文件夹、便签、笔等；

其他用品：蚊帐、花露水等；

Daily necessities: changing clothes, shoes, slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, basin, towel, bath towel, cloth, water cup,nightclothes,shampoo, etc;

Learning supplies: desk lamp, alarm clock, notebook, pen, etc;

Other supplies: mosquito nets, toilet water, etc;
